    What portion size of protien can you have per meal?
    Also can you have Crystal lite?

    You can have enough meat with your veggies to make you feel satisfied but not stuffed. This will depend on whether you are having a hungry day or a not-hungry day

    The portion sizes in DANDR's recipes are about 4-6 ounces of most meats

      I agree with Elizellen about the protein. As for the Crystal Light, I wouldn't even go there. I remember drinking that stuff years ago and it made me crave sweets like crazy. Once you get used to plain water you'll enjoy it. Here's an article I've found about CL:

            depending on whether it's beef, chicken or seafood. I would say 4-6 of beef, 4-8 of the chicken and 8 seafood. Ounces of course. Seafood's mostly shrimp so that is the weight before I shell em. God Bless, Joe
