  • 2nd time and losing well

    I just thought I would give everyone an update more for my sake but I have been on it again for abotu 1 week and so far I went from 251 to 243. 8LBS....

    Can't wait to see what next week has in store for me. I do keep in mind however that a lot of times when ya do Atkins more than once you don't tend to lose as much on induction as originally done.

    Either way. I am back, trucking it, 100%, eating right, back to 1 gal. a day of water and I am now walking 15-60 mins a day and using a stair stepper 5 times a day for 10 minutes. ( it's hard on my legs)


    Restart: DEC. 16th, 2009 (why wait for Christmas)

    Mini Goals:
    240 :

    MAIN GOAL :
    180lbs

    You are off to a great start, Mirya

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

          I am just gonna leave my stats on my bar the way they are until I go below 240. CAUSE I WILL BE THIN.

            Well that progress alone is motivation to continue isn't it! What a great start!!! I can "hear" the enthusiasm in your writing so I know you are going to be very successful!

                    I am day 9. I am thinking about setting up a chat day or something when I am not having to be at work ya know just post a message letting people know I'll be in chat at a cetain or what have you.

                    Well everyone I am so happy to see new people here since I have been gone. I love the fact that there are more people converting to a healthier WOE.
