  • Urgent question- dinner tonight -Is Vegetable stock allowed?

    Hi everyone

Hope you are all doing well I am on induction and have a question. I am going out to an asian restaurant for a work dinner and have had a look at the menu. All I can see that seems to be induction friendly is some vegies cooked in vegetable stock (or alternatively cooked in light soya sauce). I'm thinking the vege stock version would be more induction friendly than the other version right?

I'm kind of panicking coz the dinner is tonight ! Please help me if you can

    Thank you very much

I would think the stock would be more induction-friendly than the soysauce, as that is very salty. Maybe you can ask them if it has any flour or cornstarch in it to make sure?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Thanks very much for your suggestion Eilleen....it was a great idea. As it turned out however, I discovered they had steamed fish with Szechwan pepper & spring onions and blackbean sauce on the menu. I got hat without the sauce. It was pretty yummy! Thanks goodness I survived that dinner!

      Thanks again
