Well Id Just Like To Say That I Feel Wonderful And Im Not Even Hungry Or Sleepy...i Feel Like A Completely Differnet Person..in A Matter Of Days I Have Turned Into A Person Who Likes To Exercise, Wakes Up Early, Doesnt Eat All Day Long, And Is In A Good Mood (most Of The Time!)...total Opposite Me....im So Happy I Did This

I'm beginning day 4 myself...and I know exactly what you mean!

Started: 3/2/09

Realistic Final Goal: 190Stretch Goal: 140
Successfully did Atkins in 1998 using 1992 copy of the book...before it was "hip". Lost 60lbs, exercised daily, felt and looked great. And then I moved in with a junk-food loving man, my mom got sick and passed away, then I suffered a spinal cord injury, and junk-food dude left me...and now I weigh 292lbs. That's 22lbs MORE than I weighed the first time around. It's 10 years later...I know this will work for me again.
