    If you could get him to lay off the temptations for 2 weeks it might get you into the habit of not caving in and allow you to refuse the no-no foods further along the way.

      wow, 30 pounds during induction! girl, that's downright amazing! sounds like you worked out alot, though, and that's the key.

      every other time i've lost weight, i skimped on the exercize b/c i am LAZY, and the weight loss was never permanent, and i still lookked bad in a bathing suit. duh.

      anyway, congrats on that! call me impressed!

              I worked out REALLY hard!!! Even though I cheated I worked out twice as hard! As long as you eat right and work out a little bit everyday thats great! I usually only walk....but i do for an hour or two, I want to start running eventually though! GOOOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

                thanks for the info. I am now working out everyday. i have also incorporated push and sit ups. i cant do many now, but eventually i would like to get to 200 a day.

                    I ate everything on the induction list....I was bad at watching my cheese intake cause I didnt have a scale, but now i got one for like $5 at Wal Mart...so I can measure out my cheese....I pretty much ate everything off the list whenever I was hungry...I absolutely love Lindas site...becuase, if your going to be on this diet you definatley need variety of meals...everything on the site with astricks is induction friendly!!! Ill message you the site address!

                      way to go girl!

                      Keep up the exercise for sure. Just don't allow yourself to get burnt out, and reward yourself for keeping it up, that way you wont crash and quit all together like SOME people around here are notorious for (me, me, me).
