  • 10 pound loss first week!

    YaaaaaHooooo....

Happy to report 10 pounds down for my first week of induction. I will be happy if I get 3 pounds this next week as the second week it slows down a bit. But I am prepared for that. Afterall...this isn't a quick fix. It is a life time change. So we have to be prepared for weeks that we lose slower or not at all. It is not a reason to panic or go off plan. If we are following the plan it will come off our bodies as it should.

    Happy Happy Joy Joy!!
