So Monday is supposed to be my 2 weeks on Induction. But I have noticed a couple things that have happened during the past couple of days.
1. I was always thirsty! I would drink a gallon or more of water a day. But during the past 48 hours, my thirst has gone down a bit.
2. My appetite seems to be creeping back. It seemed I could go the 6 hours before I had to eat again, but lately it seems I am starving after 3 hours.
3. The ketosis strips says it was able to find trace amounts. Frustrating.
Only thing I could thing of was maybe a little amount of artifical sweetner I have had. Any help?

Lettuce seems to be the most available at my house and work. Work doesnt supply to many vegetables on the safe list.
2 cups of lettuce will have only a couple of grams of carbs including fibre in them, maybe even less depending on the variety you are having.
