Seems like I read that the best one as a newbie is the Atkins New Diet Revolution from 2002. I went on Amazon.com, and the only one I can find is only in a hardback version. Is this the right one? I am on a tight budget and I was hoping to get a cheap (really, really cheap ;~) used version. I also want to be sure to get the best one for me. I don't really need convincing about the science behind it as I already am a believer, but I do want to go up the "9 rungs" that I keep reading about here on this forum and eventually find out what my carb limit to prevent weightgain is.
Can someone help? I think there are 7 versions of this book on Amazon, and I am a bit confused at this point!
Thanks,
Tina

) You can't put it down and it gets a bit emotional when you think Dr. Atkins is talking directly to you. I think reading the book has changed my life! <<< quite the mush, sorry >>>
