    Awesome, you're on the right track.
    I just wanted to share that I also make the priority of getting in the 2 cups veggies, 1 cup other veggies or 3 cups salad.....that to me is more important than making sure that my veggies are exactly 12 carbs. I am adjusting to all the calculating as it is and so 2-3 cups veggies is much easier to figure out than spending so much time trying to find out how many carbs are in each one. So far, it's been successful for me. I also just wanted to share that when I used to track my foods on other diets, I neglected to count condiments and such. Now, I track everything from the butter I cook with, the garlic I season with, vinegar, etc....and you'll be surprised that the carbs from those tiny things add up! I believe the percentage of what you need to eat is something around 65% fat, 5% carbs and 35% protein. When you eat the 3 cups salad (or 2 cups salad, 1 cup other veggies) with your fat and protein your totals should be around that on fitday. Mine aren't always exact but pretty close. I hope that helps!
