      Actually you could move to rung onenow if you like to, as all you would be adding is 5 net carbs of your induction vegetables!

          Congrats on the awesome stats and Induction!

          Great job taking action and getting that rent-a-car. Sounds like you're all ready to hit that gym!

          I agree...move up the rung to OWL with the veggies. The whole idea of moving up the rungs is learning what your body can and cannot handle and continue to lose weight.
