Diet Coke has a version made with Splenda (Yellow Swirl on the can/box)... So does Pepsi One (Check the box as some still uses Aspartame). Some Diet 7-ups do, but I haven't seen any in my store in a WHILE! Diet Rite is also a splenda soda and comes in flavors like Rasberry, black cherry, tangerine, white grape, and cola... I hope that helps!

I use olive oil and vinegar for my salads or occasionally I will make my own blue cheese dressing (crumbled blue cheese, sour cream and mayo) They are both delish!
I love bleu cheese, cesar, and creamy parmesan (read the label some have sugar). There is one creamy garlic made local that is TO DIE FOR on salads and sea foods too. I also make dressings often.
As for Soda. I have always drank Diet rite b/c it's the only one made with Splenda that is also caffiene free and I have a lot of problems with caffiene.
I won't use "fake" dressings with all the preservatives and food flavoring type things in them. One of my goals is to eat as close to natural as possible. All my dressings (with the exception of oil and vinegar and when i make it homeade) have 1-2 carbs in them. even if it doesn't have sugar the cheese, cream, and most mayo's have some carbs. So unless you go oil and vinegar there are going to be some carbs. It's never been a problem for me and I LOVE having salads with REAL dressing!
Jones Soda makes REALLY good sugar free soda's with splenda.. the best is the sugar free root beer - sometimes for a treat, with 2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream. It makes it like a root beer float, but better cause its legal!!!!
A lot of Italian dressings are good... Bernsteins and even Kraft! But I have to agree with most of the people here - Blue Cheese!!
Just watch out for the "hidden" sugars. A lot of the salad dressings that have 0 carbs still have sugar in their secret agent code name. I had no idea until I did some serious research.
I either make my own (blue cheese or crumbled gorgonzola with olive oil, just shake it up and voila...) or if I buy I use Annie's Natural's brand, it's organic and a lot of the dressings are not just sugar free but vegan and gluten free. Also if you have a Sunflower Market near you, they have their own store brand with a lot of organic sugar free salad dressings.
Here is a list of hidden sugars to watch out for:
white sugar
brown sugar
icing sugar
invert sugar
beet sugar
concentrated fruit juice
syrup
sorghum
corn syrup
high fructose corn syrup
maple syrup
honey
molasses
brown rice syrup
rapadura
cane juice
evaporated cane juice
maltodextrin
dextrin
saccharin
aspartame
all fruit juice concentrates, including apple and pear
all "ose" including Dextrose, Fructose, Lactose, Glucose, Maltose and Sucrose
**if anyone knows any more please add to the list!
It's sad, but sooooo many products contain 1 of these. I just steer clear of any product containing any of these altogether. If you have a health food store near you, you can find some good organic, sugar free products there. With groceries being super expensive these days, the cost of organic vs. regular is almost at par.
I usually use vinegar & olive oil, but when I want something creamy, I make my own Thousand Island.
1/2 - 3/4 cup Dukes Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Heinz sugar free ketchup
1/2 Tbsp Mt. Olive No Sugar Sweet Relish
The entire batch has less than 2 carbs, but because the ketchup and relish are sweetned with Splenda, I count that as my daily Splenda allowance.
I can get 3 servings per batch.

YUUMMMY! Sounds delicious Creek, I will have to try that! That would taste awesome on a burger!
I don't think Ranch dressing will make or break you but it isn't allowed on induction if you are doing a clean by the book Induction. Even homemade Ranch has buttermilk, which would be on the dairy rung. I like blue cheese just as much and it has that creaminess of Ranch.
