    This is excellent advice. Whenever I give up, I always have regrets like this. It's true though, I always think, I wish I was already skinny.... but if I had never started, or gave up, then I would have still been big anyway. I always remind myself this, even if I'm not seeing the results that I like, it's still progress from when I began, no matter how big or small.

      what about exercise.
      are you getting any? when you don't have a lot of weight to lose in the first place it can really help jump start the metabolism!! even going for a brisk 30 minute walk 3 times a week can help
