Re: Did you kick morning coffee or tea?
I have to say going without the java sucks!
Today was my first day of induction (second time around) ~sighs~ and my morning started off with one of those celestial flavoured herbal tea's and at first it tasted ok but was way to hot and then it was to cold and tasted gross.. so there it sat all day!
I got through my day with 3 bottles of water *mental note - drink more water!* and at 10pm said screw it, I'm having a coffee.. so I made an instant vs a pot and measured out 3Tbsp of cream (worth 1 carb each) and used a few sprinkles of sugar-twin.. it's definetley NOT what I'm use to.. just like a post I read.. I too like my coffee really white and sweet! *just like the man in my life*
So really.. I have to wonder is coffee going to kill us all if we find a healthier way to drink it? I think being aware of the carbs/sugar/cream that we pour into our bodies helps, and I believe being concious of it is half the battle.
Lets do coffee
