i must admit i love hot and spicy pork rinds.
I use them like a condiment on salads, especially a mock taco salad.
Once a month, I will get some heavy sour cream and a package of pork rinds. Its like a big treat.
Salt does not bother me...carbs do. And my pork rinds have no carbs.
