Isn't that soy?? Raw Soy Beans, at least that is what I think. I would guess that it isn't allowed on Induction, but I am not an expert. I am sure someone will know for sure.
Try to get 80-100 ounces a day!

They are fresh soy beans, and they are for the legume rung. What a great guy to bring those home, though. That's thinking very healthy
