  • Edamame?

    My husband bought edamame and brought some with him when he came to have lunch with me today. I don't have my book with me. Can I eat it???

    i think it's a legume, like beans. So not on induction. Although I shouldn't have even replied to this post because I don't know for sure.

    I ate it when I first tried atkins and thought I'd "wing it", cause the package said like 0 or 1 carb or something.

      Isn't that soy?? Raw Soy Beans, at least that is what I think. I would guess that it isn't allowed on Induction, but I am not an expert. I am sure someone will know for sure.
      Try to get 80-100 ounces a day!

          They are fresh soy beans, and they are for the legume rung. What a great guy to bring those home, though. That's thinking very healthy
