    Becareful on soy sauce--liquid salt--may be nothing, but some do stall,

      wow...the sweet poison link was very interesting. The recipe web site is excellent-thaks for that. Thank you everyone for all your advice.

        I weighed myself, and I lost 2 pounds.

        My menu for today will be:

        3 slices of bacon, 3 eggs w/a little cheese, quarter cup bell peppers

        snack celery w/ cream cheese 4 stalks

        lunch steak w/mushrooms fried in 1 TBSP butter

        dinner: shrimp and cucumber slices with olive oil, salt & pepper, garlic

        snack pork rhines 15 pieces (only if I get super hungry)

        10-12 glasses of water


        Does this sound like an Ok menu for today?

        15 minutes on the eleptical before bed.

          Good Morning,
          looks ok..
          sometimes the pork has salt--but may be nothing!!
          LOVE how your doing some excercise!!!
          you may need to spend some time planning out the meals and even preparing them ahead--just to keep your mind stress free and keep you smooth sailing!

          need some support? motivation? a few buddy's to go thru this with?

            Hi there,

            Definately add the veggies and maybe stay off the scales for a week or so. Think about how the diet is making you feel first of all...energy ect...it starts on the inside not the outside you will see the rewards of all your work soon...
            There is a skinny girl inside me screaming to get out but the carbs wouldnt let her....I want to know what it feels like not to have to breathe in to look slimmer all the time...I want to breathe out and not look 6mths pregnant..
