I purchased the fitday desktop version. I put in my foods today and a little confused. Do I look at the Grams, Calories or %-Cal for my carbs? Plus I realize by writing this down that I seriously need to watch my portions for dinner.
This is what it looks like, wondering if I goofed somewhere.

sprinkle of bacon bits

1 tablespoon blue cheese dressing
sprinkle of bacon bits
Dinner
2 beef patties with oopsie buns (portion control needed for the future, i was still hungry..uggh)
Slice of tomato on both
slice of lettuce on both
mayonaise
