As a die hard BBQ rib lover I thought I would share this with you guyz
Yesterday I made slow cooked ribs for Sean (my other half) and was thinking to myself rats mine have to be plain and awful. The no carb no sugar ones were so yummy Sean kept stealing mine.
Use about 4-6 pounds of ribs (I like country style coz they're so meaty!)
Here's what you need:
When the meat pulls away from the bone they're done.
They're absolutely delicious.

- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
5-6 big cloves of Garlic
Juice of half a lemon
Heaping Tablespoon Minced lemon rind
3/4 Teaspoon coarse salt Salt
1/2 Teaspoon cracked Pepper
1-2 Packets of Splenda (optional)
Big splash of red wine vinegar
When the meat pulls away from the bone they're done.
