I make a salad for lunch and include any of the following:
Lettuce,spinach, radish, celery, brocolli,scallions, cucumber, green pepper...most of these are very low carb if any at all. Ken's Steak House makes a NO-CARB dressing in Caesar which is good. You can also throw some cheese cubes and chicken or steak in. This salad fills me up until dinner. I've been on this for two week s now and the full (for me, sometimes queezy) feeling will go away.
