just watch out for any cravings and be prepared with legal snacks
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Re: Oh My Oh My Oh My

Well Bonnie, its like this…….don't focus on what you can't have. Focus on the many things you can have and work within those boundaries

We all have our days but the main thing that you have to do is STOP & THINK. Even though you may have a small beginning, you have to think about your latter end. If you remain consistent, you will see the progression that soooooo many others have. It is real and it will happen if you just stop and think when you are facing the choice between eating something that will hold up your progress or making a slight adjustment to keep moving forward. Do not let your eyes cause you to lose heart! You can do this and you know it!

Think through the process of what will happen after you eat something that is not on the Acceptable Foods list. You have to stop your flesh from telling you that you will get sick if you do not consume something, anything right now! I am proud of the resolve that you have shown. We are all here to motivate each other. Conversely, we are also here to push you away from failure.

            Be Excellent!

Re: Oh My Oh My Oh My

Thank you everyone for the confidence/tough love/ sweet love! I have to say that I wasn't craving it, didn't want it and don't want it now. It didn't cause me to have any cravings either! I am glad for that. I just ate it pure and simple... My husband kept saying well you have to have something sometimes, so I am happy to get the support and tough love on here... that's why I told instead of not telling! Especially since I got sick from it I wont do it again....

              THANKS!
              Have a Beautiful Day

No. You don't. And don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Just look at the signatures of those who count their cheat free days. Two months, 6 months, almost a year with no cheating.

                Someday that will be you!
