    Hi and Welcome, Jakey
I am not sure if it would hit you this early or not, but .... stick with it and you will most likely get a rush of energy by the end of the first week...
    Hang in there buddy

I felt a bit rough on the first day, and had to take the second day off work because I was very weak and had a killer headache. I guess that is testimony to the amount of sugary stuff my body was used to. I just kept drinking lots of water - gallons of the stuff - to fill me up.

So far, I am sticking with it and am nearly finishing my 5th week. First week can be tough, no point hiding the fact. Stick with it, you'll be right.

Yes you can most definately be feeling it this early. I started getting headaches and fatigue after two low carb meals on day one. Goes to show how addicted to carbs we really are! I started feeling better after day three so hang in there!!
