And yes I know, scales are bad, but I did it anyway. Hopped on the scale this morning, im 17 lbs lighter then I was a week ago. Weighed myself like....10 times. Even if its off, I know its just by a couple pounds, which would mean a 15 pound weight loss. This diet works. A clean induction works. Doing things by the book works. I have a great metabolism too (i didnt just eat a little food to get to my weight, I ate ALOT of food) and a very physical job, I am on my feet moving, helping customers, lifting heavy things and going up and down ladders at least 6 hours a day. I think that helps alot (and I also think it consitutes excersize. I am a real gym rat, and even I dont work out after a long shift of doing that)...HURRAH FOR ME!!!

Believe it or not, I am a female. Ive just been blessed with a really great metabolism.
