        Wow, absolutely fantastic!

        It's funny, but just before reading this post I was thinking of my induction loss (14lbs) and it confirmed to me that doing a super-super clean induction really worked. I must admit that I didn't get off my bum until the third week (exercise) and after reading your post I'm wondering if I could have lost as much as you if I had :yes

          Believe it or not, I am a female. Ive just been blessed with a really great metabolism. And being young and full of energy doesnt hurt at all..im a couple weeks away from being 23.
          Sorry! I guess I didn't look at your stats at the bottom of your sig! You're one lucky WOMAN! LOL!

            I have no doubt that my weight loss will begin to taper off and go back to a more normal rate. For all the newbies out there who have read this, please read the sticky about weight loss not being linear. Everyone looses at a different rate. I have no doubt that excersize and following the book to the letter helped me, but there are many who have done exactly the same, and havent lost quite as much. I would have been trilled with NO loss, because I feel so much healthier. Thats the real reward for anyone taking on this WOE. I wake up with energy, I perform better at work, I am less moody. I dont feel like I am owned by food. That feeling, to me, is more incredible then the weight loss.
