I looked through the forum here and did not come across any posts about this. It is an herbal tea, I make it hot from a tea bag and drink 4 mugs a day, I use it for medical purposes.

Herbal teas are okay, but they must be satisfy the requirements for this diet (See the rules of Induction and the acceptable foods list). Also they do not count towards your daily minimum water requirement of 64 ounces.

Check what is says in parenthesis next to "herbal tea". If it fits that and Induction Rule #4, then you should be okay.
Raspberry leaf tea should be just that--the leaves of the raspberry plant. If you see key words like "dried fruit", "natural flavorings", "fruit juice", put it back on the shelf and walk away from it.~Megs~

I've experienced the same thing. My TOMs were erratic and sometimes were long. The first couple of months on Atkins, my TOMs normalized to 28 day cycles.Originally posted by MoochiecatYou want to know a crazy thing?
