    Cream

Hi, I posted this question in the food & cooking chat, but had no replies. I am hoping someone can advise here please?
Is thickened cream allowed on induction. The container I have says it contains vegetable gum and has 0.6grams of carbs per 20mls or 1 tablespoon.
I am finding it harder and harder to buy plain cream here, it all seems to be thickened, other than the pure double cream, which is twice as expensive for a small container than the larger bigger one.
    Thank you in advance.

    Re: Cream

Thickened cream is fine. As log as there is less than 4.5g of carbs per 100mills it is allowed. Do not go over 2 - 3 ounces per day.
