  • Completed 14 days of Induction

I did it! I was able to stick to it this time! (after many attempts since 2005!). I lost a total of 10.6 lbs and I am happy!
I worked out every day for 30-45 minutes on the elliptical or the treadmill, and I didn't cheat even once! generally I am feeling less sluggish, and my mood is better, although there are times when I suddenly feel tired and sleepy ( I think These will get less frequent with time).
I haven't noticed a major change in my inches though! but I feel my underclothes fit me better
the most amazing part so far is that I AM NOT CRAVING CHOCOLATES ANYMORE! The other day, my sister was having a piece of chocolate cake and I wasn't even tempted to taste it!
I started extended induction today. I am planning to do it till mid September and then will move on to the next phase.

Thanks everyone for your support. Reading your success stories helped me stick with it. Good luck to everyone.

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!! Isn't it amazing how the cravings disappear? That was always my downfall on all other diets. I can actually go shopping and look at the treats I used to crave and not even bat an eye. Good luck with extended. I'm starting week 4 myself!

It looks as if you are on your way
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
