Hello everyone,
I completed my 14th day of induction on 10/2, and I decided to stay on induction for 2 more weeks. I lost 12 lbs, but for the last week I've stayed on 197lbs. Does that mean that Ive stalled??? I eat 3 x's a day and have decaff coffe in the morning w/ one pack of splenda a 2 tablespoons of half & half, is that ok. I dont really exercise but I am going to start walking today for 30 min. Please help me.
