Is it ok to have Atkins Shakes (the ones that say they are OK for all stages) for Breakfast and Lunch?
+I am not a breakfast person, but realize the importance of breakfast
+I don't really have any other temptations at work, nor am I ever very hungry for lunch. Plus I love the shakes, and prefer them to a salad for lunch
Will I still loose weight same as if I had a salad for lunch instead?
