  • 14 days down

I started Atkins 2 weeks ago, as of yesterday. So I did a FULL 14 days with no cheats.
And I am down 8.1 lbs Happy to be out of the 180's

I didn't workout at all the past 2 weeks, so I think i will add some walking on the treadmill the next 14 days.

First time the scale went under 180.

    Congrats!

I think if you pick up the exercise more you'll really like the effects it has on you... I find that when I can't attend my karate class I just feel off mentally.
