    The diced ham says 2 carbs per 2 ounces.

    I eat a little less then that in my eggs.

      Girlfriend, I'm RIGHTTHERE with you! This morning the scale read +2.5 lbs. WTF?!? But looking at my menu, I know it's because I drank a ton of iced tea with Splenda and had a Diet Rite yesterday. All other eating was clean. As the other posters have noted, keep the end goal in mind. And as my hubby noted, "Honey, get off the ledge."

        Hi There,
        May I suggest checking the sodium content of the cheeseburgers and the ham? They may be causing you to gain water weight.

          Thanks Lilacs- I will check it, After gaining weight I won't even add alittle salt to my eggs anymore. I'm worried about everything.

          so,
          no extra salt, no sugar free candy, no diet soda of any kind.
          We'll see where this takes me.

              I'm in a stall a lot of times. If you really want my advice is to start exercising so your body still start burning some. I strongly recommend not to get any sugar free candy and sodas of any kind. Start walking and sweat a bit. Even run a little. Also, it's harder for you because you don't have much weight to lose. CARDIO! It broke my stall weight.

                I started a gym this morning, up out of bed at 5:15 and going ever since. It felt good to go to the gym with a friend, and I purchased one year, so I can't cancel after a month.
