As I come to the close of my two week Induction (Friday), I could not wait any longer and I jumped on the scale this morning. To my great disappointment I have not lost any more weight. I have lost a total of 3 lbs. I went over the past two weeks thinking of my meals and realizing I have done everything right. I thought about all of the exercise I have done (everyday, resistance and/or cardio) and scratched my head and wondered "why can't I lose more?" Then it hit me. Muscle mass! I have been gaining muscle mass which of course weighs more than fat. My face looks thinner, my clothes feel better, and I feel super healthy. If I do not let myself get discouraged and keep this up, I predict I will start to see the weight really start coming off with all my bad-a**
