Read the book, got 98% of it quite well, but I have a couple of questions.
What do you guys use as salad dressing? I'm not an oil and vinegar sort of gal. I saw some Kens ranch dressing with the words "1 net carb" on the bottle, yet the ingredients list sugar. I'm wondering if it would still be okay for induction though.
I see that sugar free jello is a no-no, that it stalls the weight loss process. Any ideas on a desert that I can make during induction that doesn't involve ricotta?
I did a search through some threads and didn't see the answers to these particular questions, so I apologize if the answers are somewhere I didn't look through.
