day one... i don't feel like a crazy person and since i couldn't find my original book i bought a new one.
i don't think i ate enough, and looking at my stats (1337 calories, 10 grams of fat, 13.8 grams of carbs, 92.3 grams of protein)
i could eat a house but i'm not sure which direction i should be going in. i did my veggies (1 cup artichoke hearts, 2 cups arugula), had 5 oz of cheese, omelet in the morning, ham and cheese at lunch.
what to have for dinner and late snack?
