    Tonight, we are having

    Salmon filets, steamed shrimp (old bay seasoning), salad for me.

    DH is having the same above, but adding a mashed sweet potato for him also.


    I am going to try the avocado on my salad this evening!!

                    I will be going to McDonalds after work and get a Double Quarter pounder
                    with cheese. No Ketchup and I will remove the bun at home, then to add
                    some fat will put some mayo on it and eat it like a steak : ) Pretty good and
                    helps with those fast food cravings

                    Then maybe a side salad

                      I use two large raw mushrooms as my 'bun' when eating a burger!!

                        Melanzane alla Parmigiana (Eggplant Parmigiana). This is made the way they do it in Central Italy i.e. the eggplant pre-fried on its own, not coated in breadcrumbs as they sometimes do in the South.
                        Also having tossed green cauliflower.
                        Not much protein tonight, just the mozzarella and parmesan in the Parmigiana... unusual for me.

                              Found some sugar free bacon and have had some sugarfree chorizo in the fridge for a while, so it's egg, bacon, toms and mushrooms, with a dish of turnips,onion, chorizo and cheese baked in the oven - if the turnip dish works out, I'll post the recipe.
