I use the sugar free kind. Is this OK? It says 1 carb per 1 TBSP.

Does it have partially hydrogenated oils or modified corn or food starch???
Dextrose?

If it has either of those, I would toss it and opt to going with heavy cream and maybe some davincis sugar-free syrups to flavor.............

I like my coffee and tea, straight up, no cream, no sweetner.

International delight or the other one just like it. the vanilla flavor. I'm at work so I cannot read the bottle to see what is in there.

I would not use it personally.

That is what I said too!!! I would ditch it and go for some davinci's and heavy cream if I had to sweeten and lighten my coffee!!

Yes, but watch your daily limits on the artificial sweeteners. I weaned myself off the sweet factor over several weeks and now just go with the heavy cream.
