I am struggling a little. I have NOT cheated. But I am craving sweets.. Badly.. Is there anything at all one can have on induction that would resemble a sweet item? Or what do you do to fight it off?? I am asking because I do not want to screw this up. I want do to this right and I want to lose this weight..

Re: The hardest part
Why fight it? Go pick up some sugar free jello and have that! You can even whip up a little heavy cream and top it. Just stay in your recommended amount!
I actually have been blending my cream and jello together in my bullet blender, it makes the most decadent fluffy dessert. MMM!

Re: The hardest part
Hmm, Maybe check out the dessert section and search for induction friendly sweets? That's a good start.~Losers Challenge~

Re: The hardest part
Actually you might find that you can kill your sugar monster if you keep your sweet treats to a minimum on your first 14 days.
Try eating a highfat snack instead - devilled egg, ham/cheese rollups, celery/cream cheese etc or even a sour one like a dill pickle (check for no sugar added).Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
