Or what do you do to fight it off?? I am asking because I do not want to screw this up. I want do to this right and I want to lose this weight..

    Re: The hardest part

Dr A says (pg 136) if you have sugar cravings during induction to take 500 mg of L-glutamine prior to each meal. Hope this helps.

Why fight it? Go pick up some sugar free jello and have that! You can even whip up a little heavy cream and top it. Just stay in your recommended amount!

I actually have been blending my cream and jello together in my bullet blender, it makes the most decadent fluffy dessert. MMM!

Hmm, Maybe check out the dessert section and search for induction friendly sweets? That's a good start.

                    Re: The hardest part

Actually you might find that you can kill your sugar monster if you keep your sweet treats to a minimum on your first 14 days.

Try eating a highfat snack instead - devilled egg, ham/cheese rollups, celery/cream cheese etc or even a sour one like a dill pickle (check for no sugar added).
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
