      I have just ordered the book as was suggested so I am waiting for that. I was going to order the carb counting book also but was told that it was more for the American market so I hope I can get advise on counting carbs from the book and from all you out there....

        You will enjoy the book, I have read it over and over many times. Lost 2 lbs on my reinduction so far. Maybe you can find those items on a website?

          You can always use the USDA database to work out carbs for most foods
          You can download it to use offline here:


          Or search it when online here:
