Ok - so today is the start of week 2 on Induction
and I decided I am not drinking any of the seltzer water that I drank last week, since I found out seltzer is NOT "legal"...
Well - while I was cooking breakfast this morning - and had already taken a few bites of breakfast - I got my water bottle out and saw that I had some of those green tea packets which are 0 calorie and SUGAR FREE...the box says NO carbs (in fact, it says there's NOTHING according to the nutritional information on the box)...
So I put the flavor packet in my bottle, mixed it up - and took my multi-vitamin with it - and seriously - not even 2 minutes later, while waiting on my bacon to cook...yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah - everything I'd just eaten and drank - I got to see again! (as in it came right back up)
It sucked!! But I'm wondering if that packet lied and there IS something in there (sugar wise) cuz man - my body just said "nooooooo don't do this to me!!!!"
So I learned my lesson this morning. Definitely stick to JUST PLAIN WATER from now on.
