    lunch ground beef with spaghetti squash

    lunch chicken breast with tomato and mayo in the food processor and use it as dip for my celery

      Isn't spaghetti squash the squash whose protective instincts make it a witch to cook lol and eat? Any pointers on how to cook it so it doesn't break your knives and hands trying to cut it?

        We can only buy small spag squashes over here, so I stab mine with a pointed knife or fork all over to make holes to let the steam out then just put it into the oven whole and bake till soft.

        I let it cool and cut it in half horizontally and scoop out the seeds then use a couple of forks to pull out the strands.
