Day 3 and all is well

Today is day 3 and I am doing goood. Last time I did this way of eating, I had horrible induction flu. This time, I had a mild headache and nausea on day 2 but today I am better and I cannot sit still. I have been on the treadmill everyday too. That's a first in about 5 years. It's about time, Right? I also checked the scales this morning which I didn't want to do but I can never stay away from the scale. I am down 4 lbs after 2 full days. I am very pleased and very motivated to stay on track. I will check back soon. Best of luck to everyone!

WOOHOO! Well done you! Your an inspiration with your new exercise routine. i too havent done any form of exersize in the past 5 years and went to a begginers Step Class on Monday - as the saying goes "WHat doesn't kill you makes you stronger"! Although I did think it was going to kill me at the time!

Anyways, keep up the great work and the infectious positivity.

      Keep up the good work
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
