Unless you want to try it to see if you are one of the people in wich it doesnt halt weight loss efforts
Oh yes...It is an excellent source.

I have just seen quite a few people who fail during Induction because they either consume the Splenda (Sucralose) in their coffee, or they use the Atkins bars/shakes during this period, and all their efforts get sabotage. I don't want to see that happen to you.

I would not recommend consuming Sucralose either.

A good sweet alternative when you are ready for it would be Blue Agave nectar.
It does not have an impact on blood sugar at all.

You should look into it when you get a chance.

I like Waldens Chocolate Syrup. I usually mix it with heavy cream. Sugar Free Sheila has a great recipe of cream cheese, heavy cream, eggbeaters & I add the Chocolate syrup for a great tasting shake!

Yes sweeteners can trip you up so this is good advice. I would stay away from the the Agave though. Pure fructose and not compatible with our diet even if it claims not to have the impact of bloodsugar. It is believed that when we consume fructose it will cause the liver to store fat. This is one of the reasons the HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup) is thought to lead to more obesity.
Agave is also very carby of course since it is pure sugar.
