    hi everyone i wanted to know if anyone knew how much of this i could have,,im on induction,,,thankyou sorry,,it says 0 carbs,,,so is it ok to use liberally?

    Check the label - There's a lot of sauces out there with ingredients you should avoid or limit. The peppers themselves are OK - (as a vegetable or spice). Vinegar and other spices / veggies on the allowed for induction are OK; but keep an eye on the carb count, even if it's only 1 - 2 g per serving, and monitor the number of servings you use. They will become part of your total for the day, whether or not you eat a huge quantity of it.

      i use it on everything. I just add 1g to my count when I use it. never found it to be an issue
