Ok so, I am on Day 2 of Induction... and I woke up with no appetite today. I had some strips of bacon at breakfast, but I am just not hungry.
Do I force myself to eat just for the sake of eating or wait till I start to feel the rumble??
I have been drinking lots of water. Yesterday I drank 2 liters. Today... already have downed almost 24 oz... and the day is young.
Also.. have a hard time with the veggies.. Can I just eat a lot of the same veggies? I don't like a lot of the veggies on the list - but I love mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, and sometimes onions. Anyone have a induction friendly cucumber salad recipe?
Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!
