    OMG dont worry about it! Every month during my cycle I go up about 5 lbs or so, just to loose it about a week after it ends. I guarantee you thats what it is, you're bloated. Last month I was so freaked out because all my clothes were so tight, but turns out I was really bloated that month for some reason. It went away. Keep going in about 2 weeks you will see a big difference.

      I think you guys are right and I have learned my lesson - put the scale away! My friend Audrey had HUGE success on Atkins (lost about 40 pounds) and she told me today that in the beginning she mostly did measurements and the "jeans" test (pair of jeans that start off as skin tight) so I'm doing the same - my test jeans are displayed in my bedroom and I will look forward to trying those on every week!

      Starting Hips 42.5 (Current 39.5- 3 inches lost total!)
      Starting Thighs 26.5 (Current 25.5 - 1 inch lost total!)
      Starting Knees 18.75 (Current 17.75 - 1.25 inch lost total!)
      Starting Calves 16.75 (Current 16.5 - .25 inches lost total!)
      Starting Upper Arm 16.75 (Current 13 - 3.75 inches lost total!!!!)
