    I found that I cannot have aspartame...it talks about it in the book that it may affect some people's weight loss. I know for me that I was chewing gum and taking metamucil that had it in it. After a couple weeks of no loss I stopped those 2 things and I am starting to lose again.

      Two things.. I'm going to do morning weigh-ins in my undies I'm wearing something different every time I weigh and I'm also doing it night or in the morning. Hah.
