My sweat smells sweet, my mouth is dry and my breath could kill someone in the morning, my first morning urine is also stinky and like others my appetite is suppressed and i cant drink enough water cuz im always thirsty.

my mouth has a sort of 'chemical sweet' taste to it even if I haven't had anything sweet, I have bad breath in the morning, but the biggest thing is...

Appetite at zero. I have to remind myself that it's time to eat.

First day experiencing ketosis!! (And I'm on induction day 4 now.)

It hit me last night. It was weird...after dinner (I made Linda's Low Carb Stuffed Peppers and a salad), I felt like CRAP. Literally. My stomach was KILLING me, and I was exhausted. So I drank some water, took some flaxseed, and went to bed around 930. (Very early for me.)

Suddenly, I was up 30 mins later having to pee like mad with this horrible taste in my mouth. So I tested with my ketostix and voila! Ketosis! During my workouts, my sweat smells sweet, and my urine does, too. And then there's there taste! Ick!

At least I know I'm doing something right.
