I thought I would share my induction results with you. After taking 2 months to wean off peanut butter, coffee and Vodka - I started a clean induction.
My start weight was 126lbs and my goal is 112lbs, I am currently at 116lbs - so during the last 2 weeks I have lost 10lbs and am totally amazed, I have 4 lbs till target!! I never thought I would of lost so much - even on atkins as I do not lose so quick as a rule. My body goes into reserve mode big time.
However I have been shattered by mid afternoon every day and sleep really badly
It can happen - have faith!
