All I can say is wow.Have stuck to the plan without one slip.Drinking lots of water and walking three miles a day.Began at 250 and down to 238.Size 40 pants are easy to fasten.Not sure how to put all those fancy stats on your profile but I am 53 yo male, 6' 1 1/2",my first goal is 228 and to be able to wear all 40 pants and XXl shirts hanging in my closet by end of Feb.220 by 3rd week of march and 188 by end of may.I am very confident I can obtain this.Biggest surprise is almost speed like energy and dimenished appetite.I honestly have to remember to eat.Now off to the track.
